We are seeking an International Tax Manager to join our Group Tax team. This role offers the opportunity to extend and improve dunnhumby's Tax Team and influence global retailers. You will work alongside world-class, passionate professionals to advise and support our entities on their tax affairs, including overseeing direct tax compliance, transfer pricing policy, global employment taxes, and acting as a business partner on international tax matters.
Key responsibilities include overseeing outsourced international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate tax accounting and reporting, providing tax advice on business initiatives such as restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, and financing transactions, maintaining and enhancing tax controls and governance frameworks, overseeing transfer pricing compliance and documentation, monitoring tax legislation changes, and acting as the primary contact for external tax advisers, auditors, and tax authorities.
You will support the Global Head of Tax and Treasury with all tax responsibilities across dunnhumby's global entities, working closely with the Group Tax team, external advisors, and the Tesco tax team.

Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and/or tax qualification (CTA)
- UK and international tax experience within a multinational organisation and/or leading accounting firm
- Knowledge of IFRS and tax provisioning requirements
- Experience managing outsourced international tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven stakeholder management and communication capabilities

Qualifications
ACA, ACCA, CIMA and/or CTA qualified or equivalent professional tax qualification.
