About the Role
As a GTM Engineer at Patchwork, you will build systems, automations and AI-powered tools that enable the company to scale its impact across the NHS. Working at the intersection of technology, data and commercial operations, you will play a key role in helping Revenue teams work more effectively, make better decisions and create greater value for customers. This highly cross-functional role involves collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Care and Finance teams.
You will design and improve data models, workflows and AI-enabled solutions that support customer acquisition, account management and operational scaling. Your work will range from small experiments and rapid improvements to larger multi-quarter initiatives, allowing you to see the direct impact of your contributions.
We seek someone who enjoys solving problems, building practical solutions and working across diverse business areas. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly and tackling a broad range of technical and commercial challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Enablement
- Build and maintain systems supporting new business acquisition by gathering, structuring and activating customer data across the Revenue organisation.
- Develop tools, automations and AI-powered workflows to deliver more relevant and targeted marketing, sales and customer success activities.
- Support creation of a comprehensive, data-driven understanding of customer health by integrating multiple data sources and surfacing actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to proactively highlight customer risks, recommend actions and improve decision-making across Customer Success.
Revenue Operations & Automation
- Build and improve automations that remove manual, repetitive work from Revenue teams, enabling focus on high-value activities.
- Develop AI-powered tools and agents to improve efficiency and outputs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations.
- Measure adoption and impact of tools using data and feedback to continuously improve them.
- Develop a strong understanding of Patchwork's products, customers and commercial model to identify improvement opportunities.
Revenue Systems & Data
- Contribute to ongoing development of the CRM ecosystem, improving data quality, reporting, workflows and user experience.
- Build and maintain integrations across the commercial technology stack to ensure effective data flow.
- Help shape scalable data models and processes to enable better use of data across the customer lifecycle.
Experience
- Demonstrable experience with programming languages, databases and related technical systems.
- Practical experience building solutions using Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, with knowledge of prompt engineering, latency and token consumption.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is desirable.
- Exposure to automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier is a plus.
- Experience working with AI tools and technologies.
- Background in healthcare, HealthTech, NHS or workforce management technology is advantageous.
- Experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS environments and technology start-up or scale-up settings is beneficial.
