About the Role
If you love the smell of freshly baked bread and always work with a smile, then this is the role for you! We are seeking Head Bakers who are passionate about joining the GAIL’s family and committed to training and developing others. You will be motivated by taking charge and want to be a positive role model. No two days are the same, so you must be organised and clear in communication to maximise your team’s potential and deliver fresh food, bread, and cakes to the highest standards while maintaining strict food safety standards.

You will be responsible for proving and baking items for our beautifully presented displays and will know our products and recipes inside out. As a Head Baker, you will lead by example and ensure consistent quality and efficiency across the bakery.

Experience
Proven experience in a bakery environment with strong baking skills and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications
Relevant baking qualifications are advantageous but not essential; a strong passion and knowledge of baking products and recipes are key.
