As a Head Barista at Gail’s, you will demonstrate real passion for coffee and be a key part of our family, leading and developing your team. You will take charge, acting as a positive role model, ensuring every day is dynamic and well-organised. Your clear communication and leadership will maximise your team’s potential to deliver our fresh food, bread, and cakes to the highest standards while maintaining strict food safety compliance.

Through effective leadership and excellent execution, you will ensure our bakeries consistently deliver great specialty coffee and maintain high standards. Experience
Proven experience in a barista role with a passion for specialty coffee and team leadership.
