As Head Barista at GAIL's Bakery, you will demonstrate real passion for coffee and be a key part of our family, training and developing others. Motivated by taking charge, you will be a positive role model who is organised and clear in communication to maximise your team’s potential. No two days are the same as you deliver our fresh food, bread, and cakes to high standards while maintaining strict food safety practices.

Through effective leadership and excellent execution, you will ensure our bakeries consistently deliver great specialty coffee while upholding our high standards. Experience
Proven experience in a barista role with a passion for coffee and team leadership.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required, but previous barista training or relevant certifications are advantageous.
