About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Share Community. This is an exciting opportunity to create inspiring menus, manage kitchen operations, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while supporting our community-focused mission. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy kitchen environment is essential. Experience managing kitchen staff and overseeing food preparation and presentation is required.

You are a motivated leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. You have a strong passion for food and creativity in menu development. You thrive under pressure and are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred but not mandatory. A strong track record and practical skills in kitchen management will be highly valued.
