About the Role
EarthPercent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Community & Comms to lead and grow our community engagement and communications strategy. This senior role involves developing and executing innovative campaigns to build awareness, foster community involvement, and amplify our mission. You will be responsible for managing communications across multiple channels, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and driving impactful storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and skilled in creating meaningful connections that inspire action.

Experience
Proven experience in community management, communications, or related fields, preferably within environmental or sustainability sectors. Demonstrated success in leading campaigns, managing teams, and engaging diverse audiences.

Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about environmental issues and community building. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative, proactive, and results-driven.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing, community engagement, or related disciplines is preferred.
