About the Role
This is a creator-led role working closely with the Founders and Head of Marketing to produce, direct, and execute all videography and photography across Silver Tree Restaurants’ three distinct brands: Milk Beach, Bar Blondie, and Saltwater. You will develop and evolve the content strategy, immersing yourself in each brand’s identity to create a clear, identifiable content presence across all communication channels including websites, social media, posters, in-venue touchpoints, and events.

You will produce high-quality cinematic short films and beautiful photography that showcase the brands, their people, craft, and guest experience. Managing freelance videographers for specific projects will also be part of your responsibilities.

Capturing live, genuine moments on iPhone to create scroll-stopping social content for Instagram and TikTok is essential. You will bring bold and creative ideas to life, helping the brands stand out in the competitive London restaurant scene.

Working closely with in-house leadership and external agencies, you will bring brand stories to life, collaborating with leading branding and PR agencies to ensure content is published across print, online publications, and events.

As the business grows, you will build and mentor a team of content creators. You will also work with the Head of Marketing to track performance, produce monthly analytics, and report insights.

Experience
Strong photography and videography skills including ideation, producing, shooting, and editing. Proven ability to create award-winning cinematic short videos and compelling storytelling content.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required, but a strong creative portfolio and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.
