As Head of Digital, you will champion digital strategy across our flagship locations, driving innovation from app-based ordering and loyalty schemes to cutting-edge marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping the digital future of our business by bringing together technology, marketing, and operations to enhance customer engagement and drive innovation.

Your mission is to make every digital touchpoint seamless, smart, and seriously engaging. You will be the go-to expert on our platforms, ensuring our digital tools are not just working—but winning. Key responsibilities include leading digital operations and marketing across multiple sites and countries, strategically mapping customer journeys, gathering feedback from clients, guests, and internal teams, creating targeted campaigns to boost loyalty, engagement, and sales, collaborating with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital experiences, training and empowering teams to maximize the use of digital platforms, and analysing data to understand trends and drive smarter decision making and continuous improvement.

Experience
3–5 years in digital or marketing roles with proven leadership experience.

Qualifications
