Applications are invited for Head of Estate Services in RCA Estates. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Estates Management. You will be responsible for the following:
Facilities Manager (x4) Post stewards (x2), Receptionist.
The Head of Estate Services will be a professional leader responsible for the management and motivation of a team of Estate Services staff located at each campus in order to deliver a consistent high quality user experience to RCA staff, students and visitors across the Estate to an outstanding standard in compliance with current legislation.
The Estate Services division is responsible for our Facilities Supervision, Porterage, Front of House Stewardship and Post/Courier Services.
The role will manage the activities of the Facilities Managers and their on-campus teams. You will ensure that the activities of the Estates Services division align with the policies, procedures, and work plan of the wider RCA Estates Directorate, with the Estates Strategy & Vision and the College’s strategic priorities.
The role will include taking responsibility for the delivery of specific change and transformation projects on behalf of the Deputy Director – Estate Management and/or Director of Estates.
