About the Role
As Head of Impact at Now Teach, you will lead the strategy and delivery of impact measurement and evaluation across the organisation. This pivotal role involves developing frameworks to assess the effectiveness of our programmes, ensuring that our work creates meaningful and measurable change. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights, report on outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to influence education and social impact at a national level within a dynamic and mission-driven organisation.

Experience
Proven experience in impact measurement, evaluation or a related field, preferably within the education or social sector. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills. Passionate about social impact and education. Able to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in social research, evaluation, data analysis or a related discipline is desirable.
