As Head of Training at Share Community, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality training programs that empower individuals and support their personal and professional growth. You will oversee the training team, ensuring all learning initiatives align with organizational goals and meet the needs of our diverse community. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating inclusive learning environments that foster development and opportunity.

Experience
Proven experience in designing, managing, and delivering training programs. Leadership experience in a training or educational setting is essential. Experience working within community-focused or social care organizations is highly desirable.
