About the Role
We are recruiting a dedicated Head Porter to ensure the smooth running of operations at Restaurant Associates. In this full-time role, you will supervise and support the kitchen porter team during daily operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. You will organise staff rotas, delegate tasks efficiently, assist chefs and kitchen staff with deliveries and stock movement, and monitor cleaning schedules and hygiene standards. Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations is essential. You will also train new kitchen porter staff members and help maintain a positive and productive working environment. Experience
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or Senior Kitchen Porter is required. Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
