We are looking to appoint an inspirational leader with the vision, drive and expertise to further develop a very successful school. Rated “Excellent” in a recent ISI inspection, the selected candidate will replace Moyra Thompson, upon her retirement at the end of this academic year, following 14 years of excellent service. The role would ideally suit a current head, or someone with recent proven headship experience- either as a head, or deputy, having successfully overseen whole school leadership/headship initiatives. The individual will possess strong business acumen, high EQ, and resilience. They will be an excellent teacher, who leads by example and motivates others. The successful candidate will possess a good honours degree, preferably with senior leadership qualifications, such as NPQH or equivalent and QTS.
