As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include assisting with patient care and supporting other team members such as clinical staff and Nurse Lead. You will support the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensure compliance is maintained. You will work with patients with long term conditions such as Diabetes and must have experience in phlebotomy. Clinical procedures include new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and simple wound care. You will also complete administrative tasks such as new patient registrations, providing appropriate leaflets, stock control and ordering.

Requirements

Experience
Experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy is essential.

About you
Ability to work within processes and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security. Adaptable to changing priorities, personable, polite and patient with patients. Basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email are required. Ability to use own judgement and be aware of professional boundaries.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications and training in phlebotomy and primary care are expected to support the role.
