As a Health, Safety and Wellbeing National Officer, you will be a key, specialist member of Employment Relations Departments Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team, you will work alongside the UK Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing with the aim of improving the physical and psychological working environments for nurses and nursing staff, wherever they work. The postholder will work collaboratively and in partnership across the organisation to influence and campaign for improved nursing terms and conditions. This includes monitoring the external environment for new and emerging hazards, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and partnership working with national elected and appointed committees. As well as exceptional customer service, to join us you’ll need an in-depth knowledge of Health, Safety and Wellbeing together with knowledge of relevant UK wide legislation.
