About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant within the District Nursing team, you will provide essential support to patients in their own homes, assisting with their care needs and promoting independence. You will work closely with qualified nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, compassionate care that aligns with the Trust’s values of Accountability, Inclusion, Compassion, and Empowerment. This role requires dedication to patient wellbeing and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
