About the Role
Join Young Minds as a Helpline Adviser and play a vital role in supporting young people and their families. You will provide empathetic, confidential advice and guidance via phone, email, and webchat, helping callers navigate mental health challenges. This fixed term contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working within a passionate and supportive team.

Experience
Previous experience in helpline, advice, or support roles is desirable but not essential. A strong commitment to helping young people and excellent communication skills are key.

About you
Compassionate, patient, and a good listener. Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain confidentiality. Comfortable working with diverse groups and sensitive issues.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, though relevant training or experience in mental health, youth work, or counselling is advantageous.
