About the Role
As a key member of the Transport team, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of customer orders from our Dartford site. This role requires a high level of personal responsibility, reliability, and customer focus. You will manage a cluster of routes, ensuring goods are delivered in line with company standards and customer expectations while maintaining compliance with road safety regulations and internal procedures. Building strong relationships with customers, you will become a trusted and consistent point of contact, contributing to service continuity, customer satisfaction, and the overall reputation of Albion Fine Foods.

Your duties will include completing mandatory vehicle checks and reporting any defects, adhering to UK Tacho laws, maintaining a clean and fuelled vehicle, unloading and collecting orders accurately, and delivering orders in a polite and professional manner. You will represent Albion positively and consistently as the trusted face of the business.

Experience
Experience in a delivery or driving role is desirable.
Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a customer-facing environment.
Good geographical knowledge of London and the South East.
Confident driving in urban and regional areas.

Strong time management and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.

Qualifications
Valid, full UK manual driving licence (essential) with no serious endorsements and no more than 6 penalty points within the last 5 years.
Valid CPC and TACHO cards (essential).
