Monday to Friday with a rotating 3-shift pattern (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am)

Salary
Starting from £16.25/hour with shift premiums and enhanced overtime rates:
Early Shift (6am–2pm): £16.25/hour
Late Shift (2pm–10pm): £17.23/hour
Night Shift (10pm–6am): £18.77/hour

About the Role
Join JELD-WEN Penrith, a global leader in door manufacturing, during an exciting period of growth and transformation. As an HGV Shunter Driver, you will be responsible for shunting trailers on and off bays and to the external warehouse, assisting with loading, and performing general warehouse duties. Your daily tasks will include conducting pre-use vehicle checks, strapping loads, liaising with haulers, working to loading/unloading schedules, sealing and securing trailers, positioning trailers for safe unloading, maintaining cleanliness of outside bay areas, and basic upkeep of the shunter vehicle including checking lights, tyres, and trailer interiors. You will work within a strong safety culture and adhere to all company health and safety regulations. This is a permanent, full-time role offering extensive training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Experience
HGV1 Licence holder required. FLT licence is desirable but not essential.
