The successful candidate will need to be a flexible, confident individual with excellent interpersonal and behaviour management skills to deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher. The candidate should also have good organisational skills and is always well-prepared, enjoys being part of a team & wishes to participate fully in all aspects of school life. Candidates should have experience of working in both EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will have responsibility for the learning and teaching of pupils, under the overall direction of the Class and Head Teacher. A HLTA Qualification is desired or willingness to work towards it.
