Experience
- Relevant experience in assessment and selection following successful completion of an MSc in Occupational Psychology.
- Proven ability to support key projects throughout the consultancy cycle, managing allocated tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with senior colleagues to engage clients, diagnose issues, and develop change strategies.
- Strong relationship-building skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
- Competence in conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including statistical evaluation of assessments.
- Experience designing a variety of assessment and selection methods, including interviews, assessment centre exercises, psychometric tests, and ability tests.

- Understanding of applying reasonable adjustments for candidates throughout the assessment journey.
About You
You are a motivated and collaborative professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to fairness and inclusion in recruitment. You thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and are eager to contribute to the development of future Civil Service leaders.
