About the Role
McGinley Support Services is seeking experienced Hoist Operators to work Airside at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled plant operators to secure ongoing work on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure environments. As a Hoist Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of passenger and goods hoists on a busy construction site within Heathrow Airport. You will play a key role in moving materials and personnel safely, supporting the site logistics and construction teams. This is a long-term opportunity with a supportive team environment on a major UK project.

Experience
- Previous experience operating hoists on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is essential.
- Strong awareness of site safety procedures and protocols.

Qualifications
- Valid Blue CPCS Card (A20 - Hoist) is essential.
- Valid Airside Pass is essential.
