About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Homeownership Support Officer to join our team at Sovereign Network Group (SNG) based in either Wembley or Basingstoke. This role offers a positive work/life balance by combining office and home working. As a Homeownership Support Officer, you will support the delivery of a consistent, efficient, and customer-focused service for our shared ownership, leasehold, and freehold customers. You will work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure effective management of customer enquiries and service requests. Key responsibilities include managing the team inbox, ensuring accurate triage and routing of enquiries, and supporting the wider team to improve outcomes for our customers.
Experience
- Experience working in a customer service or housing-related environment
- Understanding of leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership tenures
About you
- Excellent administrative and customer service skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Ability to handle sensitive and complex customer issues with care and professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and plan and deliver a range of different activities
