About the Role
We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Restaurant Associates. You will join a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment that takes pride in its food, brand, and people. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and looking after guests to ensure they leave delighted, serving customers with a seamless and personalised experience, being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations, representing Compass Group UK&I while maintaining a positive brand image, and complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards. Experience
Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential. A passion for delivering outstanding service is key.
