About the Role
We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to be the face of Restaurant Associates, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will join a passionate and friendly team that takes pride in our food, brand, and people. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and looking after guests to ensure they leave delighted, serving customers with a seamless and personalised experience, being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations, representing Compass Group UK&I while maintaining a positive brand image, and complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards.
