Predominately Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm, occasional weekend shifts depending on events. Site closed over Christmas and New Years.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and planning menus that align with client and customer needs
- Producing food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service
- Working effectively with all colleagues at the site to ensure excellent customer service
- Making outstanding quality food that is ‘picture perfect’ every time
- Maintaining pride in food quality and hygiene standards
You will be working in a team of 6: 1 Head Chef, 1 Sous Chef, 1 Junior Sous Chef, 2 Chef de Parties, and 1 Breakfast Chef.
Our ideal candidate will have contract catering experience and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
Experience
Contract catering experience is preferred.

Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience are desirable but not essential.
