About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join a prestigious site in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role managing a small close-knit team, delivering impeccable hospitality and service standards to high-end clientele. You will manage the day-to-day hospitality operations, lead a small team including waitstaff and kitchen brigade, and ensure seamless, high-end service for private clients and dinners of up to 18 guests. The role requires confidence in liaising with VIP guests and stakeholders, handling last-minute requests, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You will also build strong relationships with high-profile clients and internal stakeholders, coordinate with other managers and departments during an ongoing refurbishment project, and maintain exceptional presentation and operational standards throughout the site.

Experience
Previous experience within a luxury hotel, private members club, or high-end hospitality environment. Experience managing and motivating a small hospitality team.
