About the Role
Join our Income Management Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust during an exciting period of transformation. As a Housing Income Manager, you will lead a team of 5–10 income professionals managing a portfolio of up to 20,000 customer accounts with arrears exceeding £8 million. You will take full responsibility for the effective and proactive management of all tenancies within your team, prioritising highest top debt arrears accounts and working collaboratively across business areas to drive cases through to resolution.

This role requires a proactive and innovative approach to enhance team performance, drive continuous improvement, and introduce more effective ways of working. You will oversee arrears management from early intervention through to enforcement, build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

Requirements

Experience
Proven leadership experience managing a high-performing income recovery team. Strong expertise in housing income recovery and arrears management.

About you
Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills. Confident in leading through challenges and driving results. Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across teams.

Qualifications
Knowledge of Housing Law, Welfare Reform, and legal processes is essential. Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in income management services.
