About the Role
The Resident Services Team supports tenants to sustain their tenancies and promotes independence, quality of life, safeguarding, and well-being across a wide range of issues including housing, welfare rights, personal finance, hoarding, tenancy management, mediation, life skills, and personal independence. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Housing Officer (ASB) who is passionate about creating safe and harmonious communities. In this role, you will manage and resolve anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, playing a key part in fostering a peaceful living environment for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include investigating and managing ASB complaints in line with policies and procedures, liaising with residents, local authorities and external agencies, conducting estate inspections to identify ASB hotspots, maintaining accurate records of cases and actions, and providing support and guidance to residents affected by ASB. This is a frontline role requiring daily presence in the office or on site. A full UK driving licence and vehicle for work use are essential.
Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in social housing or equivalent transferable skills
- Proven track record in ASB management and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management

Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Policing and Crime Act 2017 and the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014
- Proficiency in housing management software such as Open Housing and Microsoft Office
- A degree or housing qualification such as CIH is preferable but not essential
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work use
