You will develop a holistic understanding of each resident and act as the principal point of contact for a local area, estate, or group of residents, ensuring a well-maintained environment and high-quality living conditions.

- Collaborating with internal departments and partners to deliver excellent tenant and leasehold management services and sustain tenancies and neighbourhoods.
- Working with the Income Team to tackle arrears and support vulnerable residents.

This role requires experience in social housing or tenancy management, dealing with complex casework both face to face and in writing, and developing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be outcome-focused, a skilled negotiator and problem solver, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
