About the Role

As a Housing Officer, you will provide a high quality, customer-focused and responsive Housing Management service to Lewisham Council residents. You will act as the residents' voice, completing home checks, investigating nuisance and other tenancy breaches, managing tenancy changes, and supporting vulnerable residents to sustain their tenancies. Building good working relationships with tenants and residents associations is key to this role.
