About the Role
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team as a Housing Officer? You will be part of the Housing team in London, ensuring our customers receive a professional and high-quality service. In this busy role, you will use your knowledge and skills to resolve a range of housing management challenges including anti-social behaviour, housing and neighbourhood issues, contract-related breaches or changes, fraud, and safeguarding. You will manage your own caseload and build effective working relationships with external agencies. As a Housing Officer at Sovereign Network Group, you will make a real difference to people’s lives within an experienced and supportive team environment.

Experience
- Proven ability to proactively manage a complex caseload
- Strong communication skills with experience working with customers in demanding environments
- Experience delivering excellent customer service, contributing to achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rate
- Previous experience or knowledge of housing management services
- Competent in using computer systems such as Microsoft Office

Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required, but relevant housing management experience is desirable
- A basic DBS check will be completed if successful
