Execute change activities including structural and cultural change autonomously, escalating as required. Build strong, credible relationships and develop people management capability within client groups to enable confident and consistent leadership. Support cyclical HR activities including annual performance and salary review processes. Monitor absence reporting and trigger appropriate actions in line with policy. Complete ad hoc data validation, reporting, and analysis tasks. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence such as HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Development, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Freelancer teams to provide seamless people support and improve HR processes.

High attention to detail with a strong commitment to professionalism and confidentiality. Confident communicator able to build credibility and effective relationships with managers, employees, and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
