
Location
Central London with hybrid working; typically 3-4 days per week in Banbury, Oxfordshire (Head Office and Warehouse Operations) and flexibility to work from home for remaining days. Occasional visits to flagship store in Milton Keynes.

About the Role
Join the HR team at Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton as a trusted HR Advisor supporting multiple business groups including Head Office, retail, and Warehouse Operations. This varied role involves managing your own Employee Relations caseload, handling investigations, grievances, disciplinary and capability cases from start to finish. You will provide practical, supportive advice to managers and employees, helping to prevent future issues and strengthen people management practices. Alongside Employee Relations, you will support payroll activities and contribute to talent management initiatives such as promotions, career development, succession planning, and helping colleagues reach their full potential.
You will collaborate with the wider HR team to innovate and raise the bar on delivering an outstanding people experience. The role includes coaching managers, facilitating HR processes, maintaining compliance with employment law and company policies, and supporting HR system improvements. You will also contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR strategy development.

Experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
- Proven knowledge of current UK employment legislation and practical application
- Experience working within an HR team with a focus on Employee Relations
- Confident working independently without direct supervision
- Good knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
