The HR Advisor - Transformation & TUPE will play a pivotal role supporting a large-scale transformation programme within the UK, including the delivery of TUPE transfers and organisational change activities. Working closely with HR Business Partners and project stakeholders, you will provide high-quality, commercially focused, and compliant HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

This role operates within a fast-paced and evolving environment, ensuring a consistent and pragmatic approach to employee relations, policy application, and people processes. You will be instrumental in supporting Transport for London’s ticketing and access control systems transformation programme, a complex and large-scale project that will run through to 2034 with extension options to 2039.

Key responsibilities include managing TUPE transfers, providing employee relations advice, liaising with payroll and HR operations teams, supporting compliance and audit readiness, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to transformation and change initiatives.

Experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in an HR generalist or advisory role within a UK environment
- Demonstrable experience supporting TUPE transfers, organisational change, or transformation programmes
- Working knowledge of UK employment law desirable; Ireland employment law knowledge also desirable
- Experience partnering with managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using HR systems such as SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors or similar
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom

- Experience operating in a transformation or high-change environment
- Exposure to TUPE, restructures and organisational change activity
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ability to provide pragmatic, commercially aware HR solutions aligned to business needs

Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualification preferred

Desirable
- Experience within a global or matrixed organisation
