About the Role
As the HR Business Partner for the Brand and Digital teams within L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division, you will be a strategic driver of the people agenda. Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams, nurture an innovative culture, and empower talent to shape the future of beauty for iconic brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline New York.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving the full talent cycle including succession planning, career development, and international talent moves to ensure clear growth paths within CPD.
- Advising managers on employee relations topics, championing company culture, and using employee Pulse feedback to develop impactful action plans.
- Identifying future resourcing needs and co-creating workforce plans with leaders to secure the right talent and skills.
- Co-leading change management and organizational design initiatives to ensure teams are agile and structured for growth.
- Leveraging HR analytics to drive strategic decisions and managing headcount and salary costs in collaboration with Finance to align with budget.

Experience
- Proven experience as a strategic HR professional with strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent and succession management, including identifying, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Experience leading and managing organizational change and workforce planning.
- Skilled in coaching and empowering managers on employee relations, feedback, and career development.
- Proficient in HR data analytics to generate insights that inform HR and business strategies.
- Financial acumen in managing headcount, budgets, and salary costs in partnership with finance and business leaders.
