We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team based in London covering our Central London, Greater London and South contracts.
About the Role
Within this role, you’ll manage all aspects of day-to-day HR operations within your hub, applying HR Policies and Processes, and advising management at a hub level as and when required. You’ll have line management responsibility and manage the workload of the Regional HR Advisors in your area and provide support and guidance to Director level and high-level employee relation cases.
You’ll manage the HR metrics for the hub, reflecting performance as required and identifying trends and issues arising, proactively challenging and escalating where necessary, whilst contributing to the development and delivery of our processes. You’ll also support the Leadership team for the hubs on delivering their people plan inclusive of development, recruitment, ER, change, absence goals and objectives.
About You
Candidates will have previous experience in a senior HR role with the ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders. CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum, you will have a proven track record of working autonomously inline with project management principles, whilst leading on large scale projects. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of identifying, planning and delivering multiple organisational development projects where organisational benefits have been realised.
Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence, for a minimum of 1 years and have willingness to travel to different contracts across the area.
