Part-Time, 21 hours per week. Exact working pattern to be agreed with the HR Manager.
Salary
£31,212 per annum pro rata for part time (£17,249 per annum).
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our small, friendly, and fast-paced HR team. This part-time role offers flexibility and is ideal for someone balancing other commitments, returning to work, changing career into HR, or a recent graduate looking to gain valuable workplace experience. Working closely with experienced HR professionals, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, providing day-to-day support to managers and employees. You will develop your HR knowledge, build practical skills, and gain exposure to recruitment, HR systems, employee records, reporting, and people processes, while helping us deliver a professional, responsive, and customer-focused HR service. Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, HR, or office-based role is essential.
- Experience within an HR administration or HR coordination role is desirable.
- Experience using HR systems and producing reports is desirable.
- Experience supporting recruitment, payroll, or learning and development activities is desirable.
- Experience working in a diverse organisation or community setting is desirable.
- Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives and projects is desirable.
About You

- Ability to commute regularly to the Outward office (N17) in line with the agreed 21-hour working pattern.
- Willingness to travel between sites in North-East London and work flexible hours.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Education to at least A-Level standard or equivalent.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified, working towards qualification, or equivalent by experience.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification completed is desirable.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and/or care sector compliance requirements is desirable.
