About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join Capitals Coalition as an HR & Operations Officer. This role champions the organisation’s people-focused approach to operations and plays a key role in supporting core organisational processes across HR, IT, travel, and events. Responsibilities include supporting a range of HR activities such as administration, staff wellbeing, training and development, and recruitment. Additionally, you will coordinate team meetings, provide IT support, manage travel arrangements, oversee events coordination, and occasionally support fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, independent, and motivated to improve operations for a purpose-driven team of around 30 people. The successful candidate will be comfortable working remotely, confident with IT and problem-solving, and able to work autonomously while strengthening the Coalition’s internal infrastructure. You will join the Operations team alongside dedicated finance and HR roles, helping the organisation run efficiently while supporting the team. Experience
Experience in HR and operations support is desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple operational tasks including HR administration, IT support, travel coordination, and event management is beneficial.
