About the Role
Be part of London’s most spectacular and iconic home of winter fun and help us create a world of joy and excitement for everyone this festive season. Celebrating a long-standing London tradition and partnership with the Royal Parks, Winter Wonderland is returning to Hyde Park from 18th November 2026 to 3rd January 2027. We are looking to hire collaborative team members across various functional areas who are passionate about delivering a magical experience to our guests, helping them create memories that will last throughout the year. Current vacancies include Front of House Staff, Magical Ice Kingdom Hosts, Bar Staff, Bar Supervisors, Bar Managers, Ice Marshals, and Ice Rink Assistants.

Experience
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to make Winter Wonderland the very best it can be.

About you
Must be over 18 years of age and eligible to work in the UK. Candidates must be able to commit to at least 35 hours per week, including some weekend availability. For Ice Marshal roles, candidates must be competent ice skaters able to assist guests with safety and enjoyment and must own their own ice skates.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required; however, a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences are essential.
