About the Role
Young Lives vs Cancer is seeking an Impact, Evaluation & Learning Lead to drive the organisation’s approach to measuring and demonstrating impact. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of evaluation frameworks, ensuring that learning is captured and used to inform strategy and service delivery. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to embed a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making. This is a key leadership position that will help shape the future direction and effectiveness of Young Lives vs Cancer’s programmes.
Experience
Proven experience in impact measurement, evaluation, and learning within a charitable or social sector environment. Demonstrable ability to design and implement evaluation frameworks and methodologies. Experience of working collaboratively across teams to embed evaluation practices and use data to influence organisational strategy.
About you
Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. Passionate about making a difference and improving outcomes for children and young people affected by cancer. Able to work independently and lead projects while fostering collaboration. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in evaluation, social research, statistics, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Equivalent experience will be considered.
