About the Role
As an Implementation Lead for Secondary Care at Accurx, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment and adoption of our healthcare communication solutions within secondary care settings. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for improving healthcare through innovative technology.

Experience
Proven experience in project or implementation management within healthcare, preferably secondary care. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

About you
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage clinical and non-clinical teams. Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, project management, or related fields is preferred. Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are advantageous but not essential.
