About the Role
As an Implementation Lead within Secondary Care at Accurx, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of our healthcare communication solutions across NHS secondary care settings. You will lead project delivery, collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams, and ensure seamless integration of our technology to improve patient outcomes and streamline workflows. This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for transforming healthcare through innovative digital solutions.

Experience
Proven experience in project or implementation management within healthcare, preferably secondary care. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects to successful completion.

About you
Highly organized and proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and engaging with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Passionate about healthcare innovation and improving patient care through technology.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, project management, or related fields is preferred. Formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is advantageous but not essential.
