About the Role
Royal Greenwich Trust School is seeking a dedicated and professional Inclusion Officer to join our diverse and forward-thinking secondary school community. As the Inclusion Officer, you will act as a champion for vulnerable students by role modelling positive behaviour, forming strong relationships, and using creative approaches to equip them with skills for success. You will provide targeted intervention and support to students, contributing to the school's agenda of raising standards.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Inclusion Manager to ensure the Internal Exclusion Room operates efficiently and effectively throughout the day, supervising students during internal exclusion to maintain a safe, nurturing, and disciplined environment. You will monitor behaviour and uphold high expectations for both work and conduct, supporting improvements in students’ behaviour, attitude, and engagement within the school.
