About the Role
Are you passionate about transforming lives through education? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Inclusive Learning Lecturer to join our Inclusive Learning team.
In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality teaching across our Inclusive Learning Study Programmes, empowering learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and low skill levels to develop the skills, confidence and independence needed for successful progression into further education, employment and adult life.
You will create engaging, inclusive learning experiences, monitor student progress through effective assessment and feedback, and develop individual learning, transition and progression plans that reflect each learner's aspirations. Working closely with parents, carers, local council, employers and external agencies, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve their personal and employment goals.
As an active member of the department, you will contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement, student recruitment and cross-college initiatives, while embracing digital learning technologies to enhance teaching and learning. You will also lead person-centred reviews, including Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews, and champion equality, inclusion and safeguarding in everything you do.
We are seeking an inspiring educator with excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to helping every learner succeed. Whether supporting students in the classroom, preparing them for employment or developing innovative learning opportunities, you will make a lasting difference to their futures.
Join us and become part of a college that is committed to excellence, inclusion and changing lives through education.
