Hours
Permanent contract with varying hours available, up to a maximum of 36 hours per week. Shift patterns may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Salary
Grade 4: £30,717 - £31,611 per annum (for a full-time position of 36 hours per week) plus fantastic benefits.
About the Role
The Extra Care Housing service is seeking driven and confident individuals to deliver a CQC registered care and support service to tenants residing in the extra care housing scheme. This front-facing role focuses on person-centred care and support within agreed care plans. Responsibilities include hands-on personal care, medication management, meal and nutrition support, domestic assistance, and social value work, always keeping the resident at the centre of all approaches. The role also involves administrative duties such as logging, documenting, completing reports, and accessing IT platforms for training purposes.
Experience
- Good working experience in a CQC registered service
- Experience delivering care and support to adults with varying and complex needs
- Understanding of safeguarding practices and risk mitigation in adult social care
- Experience working effectively as part of a team

Qualifications
