About the Role
We are seeking an Individual Giving Assistant to join our Development team. This role is responsible for managing the operational and reporting elements of individual giving activities including online donations, legacies, the Name a Seat scheme, one-off donations from audiences, and on-site visitor donations. You will follow donor administrative processes such as handling renewals of regular donations, recording contributions, and Gift Aid administration. Identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes to increase efficiency will be key. You will respond to supporter enquiries by phone and email, often acting as the first point of contact, and deliver effective donor stewardship through timely communications and supporter events to build strong relationships and increase retention. Utilising the CRM, you will produce regular reports on KPIs and financial performance, assist with financial modelling to inform budgets and forecasts, and maintain accurate supporter data in compliance with GDPR, PECR, and fundraising best practices.

Requirements

Experience
Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to improve and develop administrative and stewardship processes. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with donors in writing, in person, and over the phone. Experience in email marketing with the ability to compellingly communicate the impact of donor support. Proficient in using CRM systems and analysing audience data and behaviour. Skilled in producing financial and analytical reports and measuring KPIs.

Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies. Personable and professional with a passion for donor engagement and stewardship. Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required. Committed to maintaining data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated as mandatory; however, relevant experience in fundraising, CRM management, or donor relations is highly desirable.
