About the Role
As an Influence Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful influencer marketing campaigns for a global beverage brand. This foundational position offers the opportunity to learn the end-to-end campaign process, from creator research to final reporting, within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will support senior team members, develop essential organisational and communication skills, and manage tasks effectively while knowing when to seek guidance. The role requires a self-motivated, ambitious individual with a positive "can-do" attitude, a keen interest in social media, and a genuine desire to grow and learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of influencer campaigns including creator identification, vetting, content review, and reporting
- Assist with strategic creator research, sourcing, and outreach ensuring relevance and diversity
- Build and maintain positive relationships with creators and talent agencies
- Maintain clear communication with your line manager, providing updates and flagging issues early
- Manage campaign administration using internal platforms such as Waves and Monday.com
- Review creator content to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and brand standards
- Assist in compiling data and insights for end-of-campaign reports
- Participate actively in team meetings and training, demonstrating receptiveness to feedback

Experience
- Genuine passion for influencer marketing and the creator economy
- Strong familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Proven ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is advantageous but not essential
