About the Role
As an Influence Manager at Ogilvy Health UK, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class influencer campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. Reporting to the Account Director / Business Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns including identification, vetting, negotiation, implementation, oversight, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital teams, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated influencer strategies that align with overall brand objectives across owned, earned, and paid channels.

Key responsibilities include developing and leading influencer plans, nurturing talent relationships, managing influencer posting and compliance, maintaining the influencer database, and staying current with cultural and social trends. You will also support new business pitches and contribute to the ongoing growth of the influencer offering within the agency.
This role requires a self-motivated, action-oriented individual with a positive "can-do" attitude, strong strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience
- Minimum two years' experience in influencer marketing.
- Experience working in regulated categories such as beauty.
- Experience in culture-driving campaigns in beauty or lifestyle is desirable.
- Proven ability to integrate digital and social media into campaign activity.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining productive client and stakeholder relationships.
