About the Role
As an Influence Manager at Ogilvy Health UK, you will play a pivotal role within our influencer proposition, managing the full spectrum of influencer activities. You will contribute strategically and creatively to develop best-in-class influencer programs integrated across owned, earned, and paid channels for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and other stakeholders, you will lead the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns—from talent identification and vetting to negotiation, implementation, oversight, and reporting. You will manage and maintain the influencer database, stay abreast of cultural and social trends, and ensure campaigns meet regulatory standards while delivering strong brand advocacy and sentiment.

This role requires a self-motivated, action-oriented individual with a passion for influencer marketing and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.

Requirements

Experience
- Minimum two years' experience in influencer marketing
- Experience working in regulated categories such as beauty
- Experience in culture-driving campaigns in beauty or lifestyle is desirable
- Proven track record in integrating digital and social media into campaign activity
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
